We’ll transfer your site(s) to our enterprise–level cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost information and undesired downtime. That is the reason why we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly competent administrators whose main task is to ensure that your site works precisely as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon popular apps like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We strive to perform all website migrations as quickly as possible. Still, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are certain factors that you have to take into consideration – the actual size of your web site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always try to implement each migration in less than 48 hours. With smaller–sized sites, our team typically manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We don’t need any personal info. We will need, though, the login info for your current web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you want to migrate.

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose practically the same information you have provided to your old web hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate data is used.

A: Your web site will work just like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. When we have completed the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is modify the NS resource records associated with your domain name. Your site will be migrated over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we won’t need anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can migrate your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform as long as we can access the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we cannot transfer are the ones based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
